Geek Train - All aboard!

1 - Write a short paragraph at the beginning of your post and linkback to the blog(s) that put you on the list in the paragraph. You MUST do this. No-one plans on getting slapped for duplicate content any time soon, do they?

2 - Next, copy the list of originals below COMPLETELY and add it to your own blog. If you’d like a different keyword for your blog then change it, when you do your post, and it should pass to most blogs with that keyword, provided the train keeps on spreading.

3 - Take the adds from the blog that added you and place them in the “Originals” list.

4 - Add at least three new favourite blogs of yours to keep the train going, e-mail the blog owners (or comment on one of their posts) and insist that they post.

A player worth to be on your computer, the gom player comes with all the most popular audio and video codecs built into it, this slick looking player is capable of playing files which are broken or which are still being downloaded, this feature alone is good enough to have this player on your computer.

This Freeware player has many other Interesting features like:

Get your Own customized YouTube player

YouTube recently Launched a Cool New Feauture called Custom player, as the name indicates you can customize the look of the player by selecting a color theme for the player which suits your blog and you can name it whatever you want and give it description and chose a layout and the content that will be played in the player either from your favorites or your play lists get the code for it and embed it on your blog/website.

A great tool for bloggers to have a player customized for their blog/website which goes well with the blogs theme/look rather than the default Grey skinned player.

Logitech take's mouse of pad into air

Logitech Launches a exciting new wireless rechargeable mouse called MX Air, what is so special about it? well you can actually use it in the air to control the cursor on your pc ,which reminds me of the Nintendo's Wii game controller.

You can hold it in your hand like a remote controller of your tv (it's more accurate to compare it with the Nintendo Wii) and use the Gesture controls to flip through images on your computer or reduce or increase the volume by press holding the volume button and moving your hand to the right to increase volume and left to decrease the volume and skip a song during you listen to music by flipping your mouse in a circular motion to the right or repeat a song by flipping your wrist to the left, the scroll wheel on the mouse is replaced by a touch sensitive scroll panel which responds to the finger swipes on it and it has a operating range of 30 feet which is good enough to use it by laying down on your sofa in the living room.

Check out the official Logitech MX Air video:

Save images into specific folders with the following Addon for Firefox.

Organize your images easily into specific folders while you download them, saving a lot on your time and effort. You can Send them into your favorite folders with just a few clicks once you configure the addon without going through the time consuming default Save Image As folder structure, right from the contextual menu.

Double clicking on a Image in a web page would save the image in the folder that was last used by the addon without going through the contextual menu again.
You can even set it to overwrite a file with similar filename or increment the file name with a number and save it when there are files in that folder with a similar file name.

Animation Vs Animator.

Came across this really Cool and hilarious video on Youtube.

Add Colors and Cool Feautres with the Gmail Skins addon for Firefox.

Change the way your gmail looks and add some cool features to your gmail with the gmail skins addon for Firefox.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2127
you can change the color of your inbox and Integrate your google homepage alongside your inbox. the addon promises many more features like:

allowing you to view weather reports, rss feeds, news headlines, flickr recently added, google calendar module etc from your inbox.
* Easily insert images from your Picasa web album in to your emails
* Insert smileys/emoticons and images in to your emails.
* Insert HTML tables and other complex HTML in to your emails.
* Make the navigation (Inbox, Starred, Sent Mail, etc) horizontal.
* Fix the navigation in place so that you don't have to scroll to the top of the page to see it.
* Zebra stripes on mailbox - pretty!
* Change the attachment paperclip (on inbox) to an icon indicating the type of attachment.
* Hide various page elements (invite panel, page footer, your email address from the top right of inbox).

The addon has some minor bugs like the disappearing of the gmail skins settings tab once you navigate away from the tab.

There is a temporary fix for this:
When ever you want to change the settings,
Go to your gmail Settings >> Labels.
Remove the one named gmskin.
Press F5 or reload and You should have the option to reset your skin and the settings.
